Today i am frustrated because i can't find my German ancestors. They are hiding pretty darn good. Of course it doesn't help that i can't speak or read or write German. Well the way they use to write their letters back then anyway. I am learning small words like, Geburten is Birth and Trauungen is marriage and Verstobene is Death. These are important words because these are important events in their lives. If i could just find one record with their name on it i would be in heaven. But then again i don't want to literally be in heaven. LOL!
Off to do some more searching.
