I have really been into challenges lately and i have been playing along with the curtain call challenge.
but this time i thought i would combine it with card positioning systems to switch things up a bit.
So here is my attempt at combining the two.

Day 8- The Pink Stamper Christmas Challenge

http://www.mypinkstamper.com/

Robyn always makes the cutest things. Check out her blog to see her layout. Cute, Cute, Cute.
The colors today were blue, green and brown.
Here is what i made.
I wanted to add the bird, but i cut him too big. So i just settled for the house. It seems bare to me. I think something needs to be added but what? Any suggestions?
Let me know!
Thanks and enjoy!
Hope everyone is ready for Christmas :)
I got some peachy Keen stamps today i want to play with.
Should be fun.

I love this book. I just got it on my Kindle and started reading it but i love everything i have read so far.

Its a Pink Stamper Challenge

http://www.mypinkstamper.com
I was sent the cutest Christmas card and i wanted to try and make one myself.
It is not exactly how a friend made it because i didn't have the cute ribbon she had or the cute Peachy Kean stamp for the face.
But it still turned out stinkin cute.
I used Accent Essentials to cut the shape.
And my  stamps are a Christmas set from Joanns.
I had to draw the face. Hopefully my stamps will come soon.

and here is a look at the inside.
What a stinkin cute card.
I wish there was a stamp that said, "Tis the Freezen Season"
HINT! HINT! Robyn.
Hope you like it.
Comments loved and appreciated.
Have a wonderful weekend!

Happy Birthday

I think it must be hard to have a birthday in December. Especially if it is so close to Christmas. It's like you just get to open one of your Christmas presents early.
So here's a Happy Birthday to all those December babies out there.
BE HAPPY!

Prairie Fairy giveaway :)

Check this out Pepes!

"Spread the Word" candy. Why! Well, if you have been following the fairy long enough you probably remember her migrating over to a Wordpress blog back in May. There were things she really liked about the wordpress blog but in the end it just didn't feel like home. One thing that really hit home was the fact that because she was hosting it on her website, if her website went down, EVERYTHING went down! Not good when you have a challenge blog and when you need somewhere to go to let everyone know where the heck you are!
So she is slowly nestling back into the blogger blogs, she has a fresh new look, and some fabulous candy up for grabs for all of you willing to help her spread the word that she is back to blogger. For those of you who do have her in your dashboards and sidebars she would love if you could change the urls to point back to the blogger url! Fairy Fun Fridays is back at blogger too!
Go check it out!!

Curtain Call color challenge {Act 60}

Glitter is Glam Challenge in the Moxie Fab World

What was i thinking?
So i am making this cute little calendar, and i thought i would add some glitz to it, right!, Well i add some glue to the 2011 and pour these micro beads all over it and they went EVERYWHERE. And they stuck in places we won't mention, Then when i went to shake them off the 2011, The #'s fell off the front of this little book and i had a bigger mess. Well to make a long story short, i stuck them back on, hurried and took the picture and here it is. So far they are still stuck on there, but who knows what will happen.
If you look close, you can see a little bit of glitter at the bottom of the snowman.

Just a peek at the inside of the little book. On the opposite page is a place to make notes.
This is going to be a fun little book. I think i will add some pockets also.
Fun!

Peachy Keen Stamps Challenge 42 :: Emboss It

Create a card or layout using an EMBOSSING technique
You can either HEAT emboss or DRY emboss {or both if you wanna be fancy} There are no limitations, but if you have Peachy Keen Stamps,
you are encouraged to use them! (I don't have any, YET!)
So i used my new favorite little snowman. I just think he is so cute.
The background paper is from We R Memory Keepers.
The Noel is cut and embossed using Imaginecse.
I dry embossed the snowflakes, didn't really like them so i added a little bit of blue to them then heat embossed them to give them a little bit of sparkle. I was going to use it as the background and didn't like it so i cut them out.
Cut the Noel and embossed it. I like those little birds on there. So cute.
After taking the picture i see that the ear muffs blend in to the background. But he is still a cute snowman. :)
Happy Embossing!

Curtain Call 59

http://www.stampinwithstacey.blogspot.com/
Today i am making a card for the Curtain Call challenge.
I like these colors.
Here is the second card i made today using these colors.
Although i liked the idea of my first card it didn't turn out how i had hoped.
So here is the one i decided to post.
I like how this one turned out but after i had taken the picture i notice all the mistakes.
Like the word JOY that is pasted down and i can't move it.
the Y is too far to the right. Oh well.
I enjoyed making this one with these fun colors.
enJOY  :)

Latter-Day Chatter Stalker badge

So fun! and Cute!

FUN TIMES!

Making Christmas cards. Cheli had to cut out a ton of these little mittens, What was she thinking.
We started to help her. Just to show how tiny they were, Reena stuck them on her hands.
Man am i glad that is done. We had loads of fun!

Merrick joining in on the fun.

Akalia was busy making her book, "A timeline of her life" for school. Cheli was just a busy bee, concentrating so hard on cutting out all those darn mittins.

Trying to stay organized. That didin't last long. :)

I had to add this picture of Reena and Cheli. Their facial expressions are priceless. Love my girls.
This was at Thanksgiving. Dinner was superb. Josh and Cheli are like chefs. Reena made a fantastic cranberry sauce. YUM! YUM!
Happy Holidays!!!
