Here is my little swimmer. I am so proud of her. She is so cute. Can you see her long tube socks just poking out of the bottom of the picture? She was so upset when she couldn't find them to wear after her swim meet. I think her mom put them in the laundry.
And here is her mom (my daughter) and Grampa Olson so happy to be here watching her swim.
Of course Merrick and Catalina couldn't sit still for 5 minutes. They were climbing all over the place. Everything Merrick would do Catalina would do. Too funny.
Akalia was so excited to swim. She was the only one standing out there. Notice there are no timers or judges out there yet. But what a great picture of her out there by herself.

And here is my little champion. She took second place in the 9 and under group. She is 8. Way to go Akalia.
Today i was checking out the neat blog hop by Moxie Fab and when i was reading about a collage card i became interested so i thought i would try it. But hmmmmm i don't think this is my style. But it was fun to try. Then.....
I read about gradiant colors and thought wow that is so cool so i thought i would try that, and well i am just not very good at it but here is my 'try' card.
So when i first saw Aqua and Red together, i didn't like it. But i must say it has really grown on me now that it is put together on a card.
Thought i would play along with this challenge from Becky and copy her card. I love black and avocado together.
and i just threw in this card because i didn't want to make another post. I thought it was cute.
Another fun challenge at Papertrey Ink. Today Nichole asked us to do something with origami. I'm not good at it so i picked a very simple lady bug to do. I got the idea for the card colors and layout her at Michelle Woodersons blog.(http://michellewooderson.blogspot.com/)
